AyalaWin Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and AyalaWin ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing any game, depositing funds, or otherwise using the AyalaWin platform at ayalawin.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and use an AyalaWin account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts discovered during verification checks will be permanently closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your AyalaWin account. Keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify our support team immediately at support@ayalawin.best. AyalaWin will investigate all reported cases, but we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to secure your credentials.

AyalaWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, Terms violations, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts in line with our dormancy policy, details of which are available from our support team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

AyalaWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not be able to withdraw.

• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made, unless otherwise stated.
• AyalaWin does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests.
